It was one fine morning that I decided to get up on time. The thought that I had to get out of bed made the morning saturnine. Then fearing that I may get predisposed to the luxury of late mornings and auto-rides, I pulled off the covers and rose out of bed. My eyes fell on today’s newspaper and I surmised that there would be some good stuff to read. Highlighted was an article on theocratic practices in ‘Blindogaon’. Pigs were worshipped and given special gooey breakfast which seemed completely gratuitous.

I was walking along a street that might as well be an arroyo. On one side there were mammoth houses with beatific gardens and on the other there urchins so thin and drawn, surviving their stygian fate.

By sending criminals to remand homes, to live with more criminals, one can foreshadow the continuation of retrograde characteristics and recidivism. Thus the atmosphere will become odoriferous and the leftover value-system will suffer attrition.
